The Safe and Sound Protocol is a series of scientifically created audios designed by Dr. Stephen Porges (creator of the Polyvagal Theory) to help you retrain your nervous system responses,

experience in the world more calmly, & help your body feel safer in all areas of your life. 

While listening to specially produced music your system has the opportunity to retrain the old patterns of responding in your body with the Safe and Sound Protocol, easily and independently through a convenient App, along with follow up email and call support.
