You know how a mechanic is always tinkering with their car? I confess I have that kind of fascination with the nervous system.
One day, while in my self care “lab” I realized I landed on something.
I had combined several potent brain hacks together in a way that seemed to enhance their impact, helping me calm, settle and refocus myself quickly.
I called it PACES.
I started practicing many times a day, teaching it to others and finding creative ways to use it.
The results have been powerful and I now want to share it with you.
If this has you curious, feel free to learn more and give it a try.
